DDJ RB- sound on either laptop or headphones but not both

Runing ddj rb master sound out of laptop speakers.
if i change my preferences to DDJ-RB ASIO no sound from my laptop. But if i hit cue buttons above channel level i can hear on headphones.
Can i have master output from laptop and cue using my headphones.

Settings are
master output- ddj-rb asio :master +ati hdmi audio (no option to select my laptop as master output.)

Headphone output : ddj-rb asio:phones

Sorry if its a stupid question but got my ddj rb over and week and can only mix by using wave and sync.
Want to beat match for real on my headphones b4 fading tracks in.

I think the audio driver for DDJ-RB is not installed on your PC properly.

Try to uninstall and install the audio driver again following below steps..

I dont get that error msg. I was gettin asio error msg but i temp disabled driver signatures that was not allowing me to install that driver which was windows 7 issue.
all drivers are installed. No issues on device manager.

If you hit [MASTER] button on the unit, the master sound outputs from the headphones.

Refer to the manual page 7.

DDJ-RB can not output the master sound simultaneously from the laptop speaker and headphones.

So if i have my master output on laptop i cant use my headphones to cue next track.. so its not a dj contoller its a fancy mp3 player.?

If i connect speakers to the ddjrb can i cue on headphones.. i dont understand why this wudnt work.. that one on features that master out can be ur laptop?

?? Can pioneer confirm this as it doesnt sound correct. No offence Tom. Im jst gettin a bit frustrated with it now..
