DDJ-RZ Licence

Hi Pioneer,

I'm going to sell my DDJ RZ because I will switch to XDJ NEXUS players.
What about the licence-key for the software? How do I transfer this to someone else?

You need to deactivate the license in your name so the new user can register it in theirs. It is in the Preference in Rekordbox, last column.

what if you buy an rz with all the licenses but you cannot register it because they have it still on there rekordbox account?
