buying secondhand DDJ RZ - Rekordbox plus pack licence transfer

Hi All,

Buying a used DDJ-RZ tomorrow and seller is agreeing to transfer the Rekordbox 4 plus and dvs licence over.

I cant see anywhere on the Rekordbox FAQ that advises how we go about this. It is quite straight forward with native instruments products. Could anyone advise how I go about this with Rekordbox?

Have the seller deactivate his license and then you can reactivate it on another computer..

If the seller deactivates his license and then passes it on is that license still linked to the seller's email address though or can the new buyer completely set up a new account with it ,new email address etc like the license is fr scratch again?

I managed to use the RZ licence with my own Rekordbox account today after he deactivated it of his account so you should be able to do what you ask I would imagine
