Ever since version 4.2.1 was released, exporting any new information to a USB stick has become ridiculously slow. This included updating tracks with new cue information, track info or simply exporting new music files. Considering the updates I'm doing, it should not take this long.
In previous versions I wasn't having this problem. I have a mac and I keep getting the beachball coming up. It would be interesting to know if anyone else has experienced this problem.
Does anyone know where I can download any older versions of rekordbox so I can return to a version that actually works.

Seriously. I have multiple drives that worked just fine before. Last week I had to leave one syncing OVERNIGHT before I left for another country to play.
This is unacceptable. Stop trying to be all things to all people and go back to analyzing and putting tunes on usb drives PLEASE.
Completely agree with Shiva. Fortunately for me I'm just a hobbyist DJ so it does not affect me to badly but I imagine this must be a nightmare for a professional DJ. Whenever you're adding new functionality to an application you should be ensuring that existing functionality is not broken by testing properly. Clearly you've not done this. Furthermore by looking at the changelog it looks like you've added too much in a single release thus introducing too much risk. You could at least provide people with links to previous releases so they can roll back to a version which actually works properly.
One of the most fundamental things rekordbox should be good at is importing and exporting data and doing so quickly. All the extra bells and whistles are just a bonus.
Ok so just this moment I've updated to version 4.2.2 and still have this problem. This is ridiculous! I would have expected the update to have resolved it. I've just tried to export a single track to USB - still getting delays and a beachball
Yeah, it's horrible. I just got my hands on Rekordbox 3. Going back. I can't work with v4.
DJ Shiva, you wouldn't happen to have a link for accessing version 3 of rekordbox by any chance? I've been looking around the internet with no luck sofar.
Actually scratch that. I've just realised it's still installed alongside rekordbox 4. Happy days!
