cdj 2000nxs2 hot cues disabled when slip mode is on???

Pulse, or someone else.. 

I used to be able to use the hot cues on the nexus setup and still the track would continue playing, now with the nxs2 is not possible, if i push the hot cue button and let it go, the track will switch to the cue point and continue playing.. 

anyway of overriding this??
