exporting from usb to laptop or beter sync options

a week ago i posted if there could be some kind of option for more sync options
still havent heard about it after i got a response that he would read my long post
but the post was very hard to understand so here i am again with a smaller more clear explanation also because now a new rekordbox version has arrived and im still wondering

because i want my backup usb sticks to have the same new tracks and i cant sync my usb stick playlists because i have tracks on my usb sticks that originally came from another pc with rekordbox and because of that it will fuck up my  usb playlists so i still have to do every track manually in the playlists that i want to have

i already have my old tracks in my new rekordbox in the same playlists on rekordbox itself but these are copies and it removes the original (same tracks) only out of the usb playlists (thus creating physical duplicates of every track that are in the synced playlist from rekordbox)
and it also fucks up all my hotcues
(im talking about +- 8000 hotcues)

can u guys make something that wont fuck up my existing playlists
