almost 2 weeks into this and no response from pioneer here or emails to address the issue. Ive sent emails to pioneer with audio files and no one got back to me. Crap customer service made my decision to never buy a pioneer piece of equipment or software ever again.

Seguirkick drum "crunch" sounds when changing BPM (Found culprit)
Hey everyone,
i know just like me, people here are having the issue of kick drum and quality of track changing when moving the BPM up or down when mixed with another track. I was doing some testing and i found out that the issue is the MASTER TEMPO button. So i played a track that was 138 (Original BPM) and mixed another one in that was 134 and moved it to 138. As soon as i moved the BPM to match the other track, immediately the kick and the quality of the track starts changing, Now, when you turn off the MASTER TEMPO button, the sound of the kick and the quality of the track sound perfectly normal as it was in its original BPM. This seems to be the issue causing the change of the sound of the tracks moving BPMs up or down. It is a work around, however, the issue is the drastic change of the pitch of the track specially if you are speeding or slowing down by 5-6+ BPMs. I wish i could post different files in here so you guys could hear the difference.

Who did you email the files to?
some customer service rep. Said that would get back to me and they never did. I have found the problem with what im having and other are as well. Its the actual unit more than rekordbox. What happens is when the BPM of the track is moved up or down and the MASTER TEMPO button is ON the track specifically the kick becomes distorted and the track quality changes as well. Once i turn off the MASTER TEMPO to OFF it does not happen. Can you look into this?
