Rekordbox setup nsx2
hi guys newbie here go easy
I have a new full nsx2 setup but cannot get my laptop to read my cdj's when i connect them both with a usb and open rekordbox , i cant make sense of the instructions my free trail runs out in 11 days ive tried usbs from the mixer into the laptop but im stumped , sorry for the idiot guide

Yes thanks for the reply i have installed the drivers and rekordbox does recognise them , im confused with the connections , do i need a usb from each cdj and 2 from the top of the djm ? As well as the lan cables connected with the pro link ? I thought i could place a track on rekordbox and control it through the cdj . Sorry for being simple i thought it would be a easy plug and play haha

There are a couple of ways to configure it -- one of which allows you to link the players and mixer together with the ethernet (ProDJ Link), and then connect only the DJM900NSX2 to the computer via USB. You'll need the special driver (USB Link Connection) for that bridge, but it would then allow you to use HID control from the players without needing to run 3 USB connections (the other way to connect it).

Right ok do i need to use both the usb connections on the djm900nsx2 above the mic section , in future do i need to purchase the performance pack to use the HID control ? , thanks for your patience .

1. No–only one USB is needed to go from Mixer to Computer. If you're using two Computers, then one per USB.
2.Yes, you'll need to purchase Rekordbox DJ.
