I just upgraded from a DDJ SB to an SR, and the volume output is really low - significantly quieter than the output from my old SB. I need to crank the channel trims and master volume way up in order to get it to a usable level, but obviously I can't be doing sets with everything maxed out.
I've tried the unit on three different computers (two PCs and my wife's Macbook) and the same thing happens on each. I also tried replacing the USB cord but that didn't help either.
Any suggestions? This can't be right. When I plug it in to my DJM 600 alongside, it barely even registers a level.
I upgraded the firmware, but that didn't help either.

@Jesse > Both the SR and SB are bus powered, but the SR requires more power than the SB. If you're not getting a decent level, your first change should be the USB port. If that still doesn't provide adequate power, try using the RCA output instead of the TRS.
