problemas de audio con rekordbox dj

hace 3 dias compre una DDJ-RB y tengo problemas de audio en windows presenta cortes y hasta pausas en el programa, al ver el consumo en la barra azul de la esquina derecha la veo casi a tope, ya amplie el buffer a lo maximo y siguen los problemas de audio me parece muy raro este problema ya que cuento con un lenovo con 16 gb de memoria ram, amd radeon A8 porfavos necesito ayuda con esto no puedo tocar en vivo!!!

If the problem persists, check that you have the latest version of rekordbox (currently 4.3.1), and that you have all operating system updates installed, and if you are on a PC, check if there are any BIOS firmware updates available from the manufacturer, and that you have the current graphics drivers available from the chipset manufacturer, not the Windows update:

NVIDIA
Intel
AMD / ATI

If you still have problems, try using a different USB port and/or USB cable.

rekordbox dj (and other DJ application) dose not support AMD chipset.

Try the following measures to lower the CPU load.

Tengo el mismo problema y tengo una i7 16 gb en RAM y 1 tb de disco, inclusive utilizando solo el programa sin estar conectada mi ddj rb, el audio presenta cortes, tuviste solución a tu problema?

He probado con todos los niveles del buffer size, hasta con 2048 muestras, si bien mejora pero aún tengo pequeñas interrupciones de la canción, sample rate: 44100hz.
Tengo todas las actualizaciones de sonido, gráficas, software rekordbox 4.3.1, firmware 1.03. He intentado de todo. Es posible que ustedes se conecten remotamente a mi laptop y puedan comprobar lo que les acabo de comentar, o de cierta manera realicen un monitoreo del porque se presenta este error?

Sure, but like i said, i already have te problem. I bought the controller because i need it. Give me a solution for rekordbox please. I'm going to check my email every day waiting for a solution, thanks.

hola, yo tengo el problema con la salida de audio de mi poner DDJ RB hacia el sonido externo, ya que en la configuracion sale error de driver asio y e tratado de instalar el driver pero aun asi sigue el mismo problema, pueden ayudarme porfavor!!!
