What's OS on the computer do you use?
Hello! Recently purchased a DDJ-RR as my first DJ controller.
Unfortunately, I'm having some issues getting the sound to work properly. I am getting absolutely no output sounds.
Firmware and driver are both up-to-date.
I have my speakers connected to the master output (RCA) and also my headphones connected to the headphone jack. Nothing on both.
The level meter (VU meter?) is not displaying anything-- no lights at all. Rekordbox DJ is reactive to the controller and the two seems to be working fine. I'm just not getting any sounds.
I've also attempted to use my laptop speakers, but also getting no sounds. I presume this is so as no sound output is being indicated by the level meter on the controller.
I've double-checked all the knobs to ensure that they are in the correct settings (master level, headphone, trim, deck selection, etc).
I'm thinking I must be doing something wrong, but not sure. Please help.

Windows 10. Currently trying on a Windows 7 computer (installing rekordboxdj as I type this).
Thank you.
I think the audio driver for DDJ-RR is not installed on your PC properly.
Try to uninstall and install the audio driver again following below steps..
I reinstalled the drivers, but still no good.
On the other PC I've managed to get sounds to come out through the computer's speaker (level meter shows activity, orange).
It looks like I'm looking over something maybe. I've double-checked my plugs and everything is in order. Speaker power is on, connected to the DJ controller in the master output (RCA).
I've tried both internal and external mixer mode and neither has provided working results.
I found a troubleshooting regarding the problem here.

Resolved-- thank you.
Only advice for those in the future is to follow the troubleshooting guide 100% exactly as shown.
