Waveform Out of Sync With Audio

I suffer from the beatgrid issues that are common on the forum (an extra half beat or so appearing in the grid). Removing and re-adding a track seems to solve this when it occurs.

But I've now noticed a similar issue but I can't seem to rectify. The waveform is out of sync with the audio by almost two beats. I can see where the beat drops or at the end of the track, the audio finishes but the waveform continues for an extra couple of beats. I've removed/re-added/re-analysed but nothing seems to help.

Anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: I notice the beat grid stays aligned with the audio.

I have the same problem, specially with 70s music. Really big problem i need suggestions how to fix it?

@Alex > Specific to your issue, have you used Dynamic mode to analyse the beatgrid? For music like 70's tracks where the beat length can vary, you need to use the Dynamic analysis for more accurate grid placement.

@tw332 > Does this issue only occur with tracks that had been imported from a previous version of the software (like before 4.1)?
