Are the moment I have rekordbox dj setup on my Mac. I paid for the full version but I now use windows. How can I change my license over from Mac to Windows as my MacBook is no longer needed for djing.
I was told that we can only have one license per computer but I was wondering if I could change the license over from Mac to windows as I have already paid for this
In that case, file a support inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox team will assist you in deactivating that license. In your post, please provide them with:

rekordbox > Preferences > License
Click Deactivate below the license you wish to transfer.
Each license is good for up to 2 installations, but it's always best to try and manually deactivate it yourself rather than having to file a support ticket to have our team do it for you if you lose access to that other installation.
Hi i got a situacion i have made a inquiry but got no answer,i have loudned my ddj rx to a supose friend,we dont talk anymore and i have my ddj rx in my studio again the problem is he dont want to desactivate,dont even say anything...when i try to activate,i got a message that this serial is in use with another account...
i want my rmx effects and rekordbox dj back,can you explain how to make that ticket?
i got all documents proving this is mine is my account ,the ddj rx is in my name the recept,and so on got the registation mails etc...
