Autoloop Crash Issue!!! :(

So basically every set I am having the issue where a track will crash, causing the CDJ 200nxs2 to go in to auto loop mode. Which is becoming an absolute nightmare.

I have resorted to buying a completely new laptop, USB, and re downloading my music collection. Which has wasted countless hours, and is extremely frustrating.

The problem does not happen to other DJs, so I know the problem is not with the CDJs.

I have started from SCRATCH, so I know its not a laptop or USB issue.

And I am fed up, and just need the issue resolved. As it is affecting my standard of mixing, by making me constantly nervous hoping my track doesn't crash in front of hundreds of people. It just should not be happening.

I have spend a lot of money and time trying to solve this issue.

Please somebody help me. These simply has to be an easy way of analysing my tracks for corrupt files. Or some way of finding the route of the issue.

It obviously isn't my hardware, as I have replaced my laptop and USB.

My USB is formatted to FAT32, it is a 3.0, exact same make and model as other DJs which don't experience this issue.

Something is wrong, and I need to be more thorough with my music prep, as this just cant happen.

I am on RB latest version. Windows 10. Core i3 OS.

Please help!

Does the problem occur randomly or with specific tracks?

If specific tracks, is there anything unique about the tracks? For example, strange characters in the title/artist/other metadata?

Does it happen with all file formats (aiff, wav, mp3, etc)?

Does it occur when connecting to Rekordbox running on a laptop or only when using a USB drive containing Rekordbox Exported song data?

What type of network switch are you using to connect the CDJs?

All firmware up-to-date?

Can you create a video demonstrating the problem?

It happens randomly. And only with my USB flash. (I don't use laptop to DJ)

The latest one was an MP3.

Also I have noticed the issue does not happen on my XDJ RX. I thought this could prove that the CDJ 2000 NXS2 was the issue... but no other DJs experience problems with their USBs.

What do you mean by network switch? I use a USB in each deck.

Firmware is not up to date, but that cant be the issue, as other DJs don't have any issues, using the exact same make / model USB.

I cant get a video as it is only in the club that I use them. And obviously I am too busy panicking and trying to get another DJ to take over with his controller which is connected separately.... but basically it has big red text saying emergency auto loop mode.

And on 2 occasions, a small circle emblem, saying 'waiting'... which then wont go away, and I have to restart the CDJ.

What would you suggest please?

What is the make/model of USB drive you're using?

I have been using various Sandisk USBs.

I know you don't recommend them...

But I know the USB is not the issue, as other DJs use the same make / model. With no issues in the same booth.

Also the issue has happened to 3 different USBs. Wich have been formatted to FAT 32 (twice for safety).

Is there a way of storing the crash information to diagnose when im home?

Or surely there Is a way of pre analysing everything before I head out to perform?

This has been an ongoing issue for quite some time now. I really just want to get it sorted. As it is very stressful
