Hi I have just received my DDJ-RB and I am going through the process of installing software on my Mac. Every time I try to install the audio driver for rekordbox for the DDJ-RB it comes up with the message "The installer file is not exits". Why is this occurring and how do I fix it?

What is your OS on the MAC and have you updated the firmware on the RB?
The Mac is running OS X 10.8.5 and I have not updated the firmware.
I have updated my OS and am now running OS Sierra 10.12.1. But I still cannot locate the link to the most recent firmware update.

DDJ-RB engineers assume the issue is caused by incompatible driver because you need to use the driver for macOS Sierra once you updated the OS.
First, please uninstall the driver you now have for DDJ-RB.
Then, download and install the driver for masOS Sierra from the link below
https://www.pioneerdj.com/en/support/software/ddj-rb/

When you download and install the driver, please follow the instructions in the Manual from the link shown in the red circle.
