XDJ-1000 (1st model) issue in Traktor Pro

Hello everybody,

I have been using multiple XDJ-1000's (1st model) in combination with multiple Macbook Pro's running Traktor.
An issue that I have a lot and my colleague DJ's running the same set up have also is the following:

You cue up with the jog wheel of the XDJ-1000 a track in Traktor.
In the other player a track is running.
At a certain point the new track (which is waiting to be played) is not on the set cue point but seems to skip to the end of the track.
This is very annoying because you have to find the cue point again.
Does anybody recognize this and do you have a solution for this?
It seems to be related to when the highlighted line which shows in the playlist the track that is played moves to the next track in the list (the line below).
During a night of playing I have this about 25-50 times and I haven't made a problem of this until about 4 other DJ's with the same set up told me they constantly have the same problem.
Maybe it's just a setting in Traktor, I don't know and would appreciate your help very much.
