I've made the switch from Serato to Rekordbox (DJing with CDJ NXS2s and USB) I've begun the process of analyzing all my tracks and I'm discovering that the beatgrids are off most of the time and I have to go through and manually fix them. It seems to be happening mostly on tracks with a bpm under 110. I'm NOT using dynamic analysis. What settings can I change so that I don't have to manually check every track ? Never once had an issue with this in Serato

Take a few tracks and analyze them again. See if that makes a difference.
I've moved from Serato to Rekordbox also. I also scanned my whole library and discovered that most of the beatgrids were a bit off. I analyzed the whole library again, and almost everything is perfect.
To be sure that the beat grid is perfect you have to check them manually. Especially if you want to be able to rely on sync. This can of course be very hard work if your library is big but once done, it takes a few seconds per extra track you throw into your collection.
Not trying to use sync, just looking for the beatgrid to at least start on the first beat of the song. Right now when I analyze a track half the time it sets the first memory point between the first and second beats. I use a combination of memory points and hot cues on my songs and going through checking each track is a nightmare (over 3000 songs in my collection that I actually use). Please tell me I'm missing some setting
That's odd, I rarely get a mismatched beatgrid like that. But in the end, you have to be prepared to check the grid manually, an automated process will make mistakes sometimes. As I wrote, the inital work will be a pain but once you have checked all your files, adding new ones with checking the grid will be a breeze.
