Currently, jog function is not mappable, and why wouldn't Pioneer DJ restrict the mapping to their hardware for certain functions? Serato DJ does the same thing -- you can map EVERYTHING EXCEPT the jog.
I could not find, MIDI option, for forward and backward movement.
My demo license expired, and I do not want to invest money in license key, if my xone K2 controllers do not work correctly, in that situation, I would be interested in a DDJ-RX model controller that includes license.
Also note, that tempo (pitch) works in reverse,
But I can not do more tests.
My intention is to use DVS with xone controllers, I currently use traktor, but I prefer to use rekordbox, and have the same platform, which I use in my two XDJ1000mk2.
Pioneer soon improve MIDI mapping, soon?
-It's very basic, and seems designed exclusively for your hardware.
-and paying so much money for software with limitations, is not a good choice for me.

But fast forward is the most basic thing to map in a controller.
How do you want to make the competition Native, limiting your software, and without having an alternative to a x1 or xone k1 or k2? I already have a ddj-sp1 but when I do not use time code, it is useless.
Well, I'll be waiting for them to unlock their software, I'll continue with Traktor.
I do not understand, like not being able to map the button or knob, more basic, and that incorporates any music player,
If it is the same as beatjump !!!! but without quantifying, if it can be mapped.
Talk to your boss, and solve it, if you want,
The RDJ + DVS = 250 € is not a gift, and I have to use your hardware !!!
Another DJS pioneer more
There's no fast-forward option; you can map beat jumping, but no fast forward / reverse, or jog control. Those are available via keyboard shortcuts, but not MIDI.
As I said, there are no plans to support those features in non-Pioneer DJ products at this time.
