Why Needle Search of DDJ RR Deck 1/3 are not reach begin and end after update firmware to 1.03?

My DDJ RR is in Firmware Version 1.02 is ok for Needle Search and only require to smooth.

So, I had upgraded to Firmware Version 1.03 .

After upgrade Deck 1/3 of Needle Search is not reach Begin and End of song in Rekordbox Dj.

But Needle Search become smooth in DDJ RR's Firmware Version 1.03.

Please help about to get normal condition for DDJ RR in Firmware Version 1.03.

Hello DJ-Keen ALin,

DDJ-RR engineers would like to ask you some questions about the needle search issue.

Will you please provide us with the information below?

  • rekordbox version you used when this issue occurred.
  • Can't you reach the end of a track even if you touch the needle search bar with your finger in parallel with the bar?  Please see the picture below.
  • Didn't you have this issue on the right Deck 2 and 4?
  • Will you please check the firmware version shown in the Version Display Utility?
  • Is it Ver 1.03?
