XDJ RX cue point lag

Hi there

Firstly I apologise if this has been raised before and my searches of the forum haven't been accurate enough to pick up any previous discussions on the same topic.

I'm new to Rekordbox and just purchased an XDJ RX. I have an issue with the cue points that I have setup on tracks (whether beforehand on rekordbox or on the XDJ RX). Regularly when I hit one of the cue buttons there's a lag (in which the sound goes silent) of about 1 second which obviously throws all mixes (and recordings) completely off. Is this is a known issue and is there any way to remedy this?

There are loads of reported issued like this being reported at the moment. I believe that they are looking at it.

Have you try to TOGGLE sync and quantize? The "problem" is this i think

When I am playing via Link mode on my Mac Quantize just does not work. Press play with it on and it does not snap to grid. Very frustrating.

No matter the pitch It should start off snapping to the grid.

sync needs to be on fully on both sides for the play/cue to quantize to the beat of the track playing -

could the lag maybe be pressing the button late and it triggering on the next beat >?
