Provide us with an audio configuration please. The issue is more than likely there.

Xdj-r1 no headphones cue sound
Hey!
I bought a Xdj-r1 second hand a week ago. When playing from a USB everything works fine.
When I try and use it as MIDI with Traktor or Rekordbox dj I can't hear anything when i want to listen the tracks with the headphones. When I turn the "Headphone mixing" knob from cue to master and a track is playing I can listen in the headphones, even if the cue button is on or off.
My drivers, firmware and softwares are up to date, the mixer mode is PC, I check al the audio settings from both softwares and are properly set up, headphones should be working, but they are not....
Any clues?? I already check the hole forum for similar problems, still no solution.
I'm using a Windows 10 64bit PC. Traktor 2.10. Rekordbox Dj 5.1.1. Driver 1.100. Firmware 1.13.

Ok srry for taking so long, my internet got shut down.
The mixing mode is in PC mode, I try with external config in Traktor and still have the same problem.
Here is the audio config in Traktor.
And in Rekordbox Dj:

So, when the "Headphone Mixing" knob is on cue, no sound comes out of the headphones, with the channel CUE button on or off, even at headphone max volume lvl.
As I start turning the knob to master, sound starts coming out of HP, and volume can go up or down with Vol knob.
I don't know what else to do.
When playing with USB Cue works just fine.
