Rekordbox - DDJ 1000 no external mixer mode

got the same problem, when I change my Audio to my speaker output it allows me to change mixer mode to external and plays out the speakers whilst sacrificing the use of ANY EQ and channel settings.

since i updated my rekordbox to version 5.0.2 the audio settings have changed so that when i press the cue button, the audio plays through the master output as well as my head phones. and if i keep the cue button on audio will still play through the master output even if i put down the volume slider to the bottomon the current channel i am using. anyone help?

Same problem with my ddj1000. No external mixer.

just got that ddj 1000 and just can't get the sounds to go through my speakers and headphone.can someone help plz.

@Francis > Have you properly installed the drivers? If you're on High Sierra, you need to be sure to attempt a driver installation, disable the driver security, then install again.

Just tried the above out and I'm able to use the EQ, Effects. Get music through my headphones (CUE) and master.

OSX 10.13.4

Speaker connected on Master 1 through XLR. Incoming course is a audio cable hooked Chromecast Audio (CCA).

edit: fixed my problem by reinstall the latest driver and take the USB-Port B to connect to my pc....
