Rmx 500 djm 800

Hi there is it possible to connect the rmx 500 to djm 800 mixer on the rmx 500 rca connection for send and return on djm 800 it's bigger connection for send and return

Yes, you'll just need 2 pair of 1/4" to RCA cables. One for send and one for return.
