Are you using a hardware controller with rekordbox when this happens?
It seems to remember my last-used state in 5.2.0 on OS X 10.12.6.

[BUG] Quantize indicator broken in RB 5.1.1 and 5.2.0
I just noticed that the Q key on the keyboard no longer toggles Quantize. Rekordbox also no longer remembers if Quantize was on or off, it's just always off when launching Rekordbox.
Both 5.1.1 and 5.2.0 have this issue, 5.0.2 works as expected.

Yep, seems the shortcut is broken for no matter what it's set to. I'll pass this along, thanks for the additional information.

This issue was fixed in the 5.2.3 release; please test it to see if that has been resolved for you.
