I mostly DJ DnB, and instead of starting the song on the first kick (the first beat) my XDJs usually want to start the song on the first snare, which is not the first beat. Is there a way to adjust this? I DJ using a combination of digital and vinyl and of course I always start my vinyls on the 1, not between the 1st and 2nd beat like the XDJs want to. Also, the beat grid is 1/2 beat off on many songs, since it thinks the first snare is the 1st beat, instead of the first kick. I'm guessing this is an easy fix but I'm not familiar with Rekordbox or the XDJs, so any help is appreciated.
Yep, just make the adjustment by shifting the beat grid. I play D&B and notice even if I pick the right range, it may not get the correct downbeat. Not the end of the world to fix a few tracks, something I'm used to doing now!

Yeah I find Rekordbox doesn't always get breakbeat or jungle correct. You can adjust the grid using the 'Set the first beat of a bar to the current position' button in the Grid panel. Set a cue point on the first beat and then hit that button and the whole grid will shift.
