XDJ-RX Right Turntable Inexplicably Stopped Working

Hello peoples!

Anyone care to help me figure out what this is all about? ↓ 

Notice anything WRONG with this picture? Hmmmn... what could it be? Why, I know! The lights on the right turntable are completely out! This seems to be an even deeper issue with the unit because even though tracks are loading and semi-playing on the right deck - they won't play at all if they have memory cues - I have no other control available to me on the right side whatsoever.

Anyone else have this problem? Of course I go to the website to find absolutely NOTHING listed about it and it looks discontinued. Aside from the fact that you have to jump through hoops and go in circles on the website for an hour and are prompted to log in over and over before you find out that you can only access updates for the RX-2 (I was in hopes that a firmware update would be the fix).

1. It wasn't dropped 
2. It wasn't in a heated or freezing environment
3. I love the thing and treat it like my firstborn. 
4. This is completely out of nowhere.

Please help. I'm not trying to sound like I'm ranting, It's just bananas to me, although I'm not going to lie, the pioneer website is absolutely infuriating. A tip not to use Safari would help.

p.s. I found an update in a different regional website but it's not reading the file on the drive.
