Hi, I've been using a DDJ-SX2 with Traktor for a while now. Done a hit of custom mapping based on the Pioneer map. All good. One thing that really annoys me though is that I can't seem to get the settings right to use the built in filter of the SX2. It sounds awesome when you have TTs running through the SX2 - the EQs and filters are great. Then you run Traktor through it and they sound flat because it's being done in the software (have tried the different filter settings, xone etc, but still doesn't sound as good).
Is there a way to sort this? I've tried setting it to external mixing in Traktor preferences but it still seems to use Traktor's filter etc. So I'm not sure what mixing mode to be using or whether this can be solved. Any help would be great.

Sorry, but as the SX2 doesn't operate in "external mixer" mode with Traktor, unfortunately you're not able to use / control the filters for those channels the same way as an audio input on the line / phone in.
