No. Have you tired checking your REKORDBOX brightness settings for the Jog under preferences->controller->Jog?.
if all fails, you could try resetting to default under preferences->controller->reset to default. If that still doesn't work try contacting support
Haven't experi nced this. I have ould recommend to contact the place you got it from and exchange or send it in for repair.
I would try re-flashing the firmware first, if that doesn't work, please let us know.
yesterday while I was working, I had the same problem in the right display, to me the screen is only partially white. I tried to change the brightness on preference, and to update the firmware, but nothing.
the console is essential to me for work and I can not leave it in assistance for a long time, how can I do it? thank you
