RBDJ 5.1.1 not saving my cue points

Hi

I have recently reinstalled my windows and Rekordbox.

After the new installation when trying to set a new cue point, the new one is not saved when I reload the track.

I have imported the old 'datafile.edb' and my tracks seem to contain the old hot cues but the cue points are all at the beginning of the tracks and no longer together with the first hot cue point. 

And when I manually set the cue point it stays there when playing the track but when I reload the same track the cue point is again at the very beginning of the track and not where I had set it manually just seconds prior.

The load setting 'playback starts at Memory/Hot cue nearest at the beginning of the track' is NOT enabled.

Please let me know soon if I am missing something here or maybe we deal with a corrupt data base or a wrong setting.
