Pioneer DDJ SX pulse clicking noise

Hi. guys i,m using a pioneer DDJ SX and was working fine. recently it started making a pulse clicking noise over the songs. about couple of months ago i got the same problem and it grew in to a huge problem where the software made two big clicking noises and freeze. after restarting the controller it ran for another 30 mins and got stuck again. after reinstalling serato dj all the new versions finally it settled with serato dj 1.5. now i get this pulse clicking noise again and dnt  know wat to do. i also can hear the noise pans from one side to the other. i have read lot of forums and posts. did that and this. you name it I've done it. my laptop is only used to run serato dj and it is not used for any other matter and it meets all the spec requirements. no wi-fi, no Bluetooth, no sound card, no external hard drive, i rebooted, reinstalled, tried with a different laptop, even tried with virtual DJ 8. still the noise is there. I'm thinking its the controller. i found only one answer to this matter on internet where you have to check your power supply. i already checked. the power adapter works fine and the current runs smoothly and equally please can somebody help. im so disappointed.

I was going to say that it sounds like a power issue. Try using a different adapter and if the problem persists, then the issue is internal.

A had something similar happen: a pulse or click sound was occurring when I was playing music shortly after my sound check and it very annoying. When trouble-shooting, I isolated the problem to my Pioneer DDJ-SZ. I was wondering if I had accidentally engaged an unknown metronome function in the controller.

SOLUTION: My power cable was going bad. After replacing it, everything was back to normal!

I'm not surprised because of the angle at which the power cable comes out of the back of my controller and then immediately angles in the opposite direction to go under my underneath through my case towards the front for the past 8 years!

Come to think of it, I probably should have replaced it with a power cable with an L shape angled downward cable where it attaches to the controller.
