Do you have those tracks now in the same folder where they were when you made the playlist?
You can try to open those from usb with export mode.

I'm formatting USB (FAT32) and syncing playlists from RB to USB. Im doing this on two separate USBs (back up). After syncing, a note pops up on screen saying along the lines of "one or more files failed to export - check export log" on both USBs.
I've checked the log and one track listed for one USB and several logged for the other.
No matter how many times I reformat/re-sync, it's the same tracks in the logs. Im unsure why? When I check the playlist on the USB afterwards it looks like the track is there? I don't trust it and need to tracks for my gig?
What's going on?

You can try to open those from usb with export mode.
It could be the file itself is a format / bit rate / sample depth that may not be supported, or the file is damaged, has an invalid character in the file name, or the total path + file name length exceeds 255 characters.
Could you post up what it says in the export log?
