I purchased a new XDJ-RX2 and have experienced continued issues with it freezing while playing Rekordbox on my PC. 4 nights ago it froze after about 3 hours playing it and the touchscreen went yellow, but Rekordbox kept playing. 2 nights ago it froze on the controller after about 2 hours and Rekordbox continued playing. Tonight it froze after just an hour and Rekordbox continued playing. Here are my system specs:
Computer:
Windows 10 Pro
Intel Core 4.0 GHZ Processor
16.0 GB Ram
64 bit
Firmware 1.31 installed
Drivers updated (v 1.0 from the support page)
Rekordbox version 5.2.2
Using the USB that came with the system, plugged directly into the computer via USB 3 port (not into a hub). I'm not moving the unit or touching the USB cable in any way, and the only other software running at the time is Chrome and OBS for broadcasting.
What could be the issue? I'm disappointed this keeps happening, to say the least. I appreciate any help the community could provide.
