Going to need a bit more info...
- which OS are you running on your computer?
- did you recently update the operating system, apply any fixes / patches, or roll-back?
- did you recently update rekordbox?
- did you make any changes to your user account (on the computer; not rekordbox / Pioneer DJ account)
- when you say you "searched for the backup," did you locate the proper directory for your OS?
- any other relevant information or things you may have done / noticed
