Hello?? Anybody care to answer? I was directed here as a support forum.
The right channel volume fader suddenly stopped being able to control the software on my DDJ-RR. It works using the internal mixer with a mouse. The left channel works on the controller, but the right channel only in the max position all the way up only brings the software mixer up to about 2, and as the track plays it slightly fluctuates volume.
I've reset the MIDI to default. Restarted a billion times.
Running:
Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.5
Firmware is 1.08
Software 5.2.3
Anybody else have this issue? I've seen a similar closed post that signaled the controller might be bad.
Thoughts??

Hello i've got the same problem as you have. And i dont have a clue how to fix it.
Have you found a solution? An other DDJ RR user had the same problem but it just disappeared...
I also have same problem , less the a year old what's the deal
Oi pioneer answer the question
I eventually gave up hope on Pioneer answering or doing anything about it, so took it to a local shop that is authorized Pioneer to work on it. He replaced the fader (cost me like $60-80, I can't remember) and it's good as new. I would have replaced the fader myself, but I couldn't find a replacement that wasn't going to ship from China and take 8 weeks.
@Benjamin > Oi! Don't be rude! You left your post for 11 minutes before asking for a response! :p
As @dj.inc says, if your fader is failing, it may require replacement. If you're under a year from purchase, it's covered by warranty. Please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.
@dj.inc > Sorry we missed this post, but glad to hear you managed to get it repaired and working again.
