activate rekordbox on 2 computers

hi,

I'm using rekordbox dj for a while and yesterday I bought second laptop.

I tried to activate with the same license number I have in the first laptop but rekorbox reject it.

 

I know I can run 2 computers on 1 license, so why it tell me rekordbox can't use the serial because I already used it??

You have to use the same user login for each installation.

If you need to check the currently activated computers, please login here and click the Licenses button at the left of the page.

I already did it but this is what I get in the license section: "No licences could be found."

Then you're not logged-in with the same account in rekordbox; click KUVO > Privacy Settings and you'll see which user has that license activated.
