DDJ RX Loading Freeze from Ethernet Rekordbox program intermitent

My DDJ RX works great with USB's solely.  It works fine using the Rekordbox program via ethernet solely.   But twice I have had the unit freeze when switching from USB's to the Rekordbox program.  Occasionally I will have need for a track not on the USB's and need to do a global search and use the ethernet connection to load a track.  This is when sometimes the loading of the virtual deck in the program causes a freeze.    I get a red Now Loading flashing indication on the unit and in the virtual deck on the computer.  I loose all control over the loading deck and eventually all controls on the controller.  Only turning the unit off and on will clear the problem.    After turning it on and off the problem is cleared and I can use the USB's and the virtual decks fine.  The computer and or the Rekordbox program never has to be rebooted once the problem is cleared from the unit. I can not recreate the problem.  I have tried -  I don't know why it happens only on these particular occasions.  The file I try to load seems to be fine, works great after the turn off and on.  There is nothing that I can tell that is any different when this occurs.
