Am running Rekordbox 5.2.3 on my Win 10 laptop. I organise all my music in iTunes (inc playlists) and simply use rekordbox to analyse track and export.
Everything was working great until I just updated my iTunes recently to version 12.7.5.9. This was interesting as it now updated through the Windows Store, rather than normally where it presents a popup box in iTunes itself.
Afterwards, when in rekordbox export mode, I noticed when clicking on the iTunes section, nothing appears. Only if you click the "Reload" button, does iTunes playlists appear.
Next problem: When trying to sync to USB, the "Synchronize iTunes playlists" tick box is now unchecked mysteriously. I cannot even click to select and tick the box.
I've checked the iTunes Library XML File is still being accessed properly under Preferences and the "Share iTunes Library with other applications" is still ticked in iTunes.
Something very strange is going on please help!?
