Rekordbox remix field

Why does rekordbox not grab the mix name from the file info?

Artist - Title (Remix).

I just realized that all my remixes aren't shown as what mix they are. What a pain to go through everything.

Yeah, there's no provision for rekordbox to auto-fill the database fields from text within the file name, sorry.

File name.

I’ve been making the switch over to RB from VDJ.

VDJ if the file name was Artist - Title (Remix) format it would automatically populate the remix name in the browser under remix.

I was doing set the other night and finally realized nothing in RB shows the remix name. But if I go to file info the file name shows the remix.
I would think RB would read the file the same way as VDJ.
