I have an external input and it sounds fine (in my phones) when I press the cue button on either master and channel. Both channel level indicator and master level indicator show reactions. Furthermore, it is possible to record and hear the external input. BUT I have no master sound. Please help. Thanks!

Did you check your Master Out volume, and are the speakers attached to the Master Out connectors?
Speakers active and input sensivity or amplifier signal high enough?
Are the routings on your mixer set properly? No crossfader settings wrong?
Hi, thanks for the reply. It turns out, that everything works fine via the speakers (I was working with headphones when posting yesterday).
So I get the problem when I set master to phones, then the external input is not heard in the headphones. That, however, is not a big thing, as I can just press the cue button. Peculiar though or perhaps it works and intended but maybe not as expected?
