Which license are you trying to find -- the new one that came with the XDJ-RX2 or the one that you had previously activated from the RB?

Lost my license key
Hello
About a month ago I bought the pioneer ddj-rx2 and ofcourse with every controller you get a license key for rekordbox, now I didn't use it yet because I was still using the license key from my previous controller (DDJ-RB), the reason I waited was because i was planning to sell my previous controller, so i would wait to use that one after i sold it. Now I sold my previous controller but I can't find my license anymore... Is there a way I can retrieve my license??

I was waiting to use Rekordbox until I had some time, as we use VDJ. I also bought a case for the DDJ-1000, so eventually we threw away the box. I don't know if the key was in it, but I can't find it anywhere. They key on the bottom of the DDJ is not working. Can this be retrieved through the DDJ serial number or through this other key?

@gmedia > You can file an inquiry ticket here, and provide a photo of the serial number from the back of the DDJ, and a copy of your purchase receipt - our license team can issue a replacement.
