Unlikely, that would require new firmware for all CDJs and XDJs. And you can already set a Memory Loop as an active loop for use on a CDJ/XDJ.

Active Loops in Rekordbox 5.4.0
Hi,
Is there any plan to change 'Added a function to set a HOT CUE LOOP as an active loop (PERFORMANCE mode only)' to use in EXPORT mode as well in the future?
I've just spend hours setting Active loops up on my tracks only to find out it doesn't work on Export Mode and thus doesn't work via a USB on my CDJ 2000's!!!
