XDJ-RX2 BUTTONS PROBLEM

I'm using kingston data traveler 16gb & 128gb, sandisk utra flair 32gb, patriot supersonic rage 2 128gb.

So you say that if i buy the Corsair Voyager GTX 128GB or 256GB USB 3.1

the problem will surely be solved?

Well, what I can tell you is that the DataTraveler and UltraFlair are really more about aesthetics (tiny package) than speed and performance. Most of those types of drives are designed for allowing people to carry around files in their pocket, rather than for DJs to load them into players for consistent quality data streams.

I have a Patriot Rage XT (the USB2 model), and it is speedier than some USB3 drives I tested thanks to its dual-channel memory controller. I haven't tested the Rage 2, but I would expect (hope) that they were able to carry similar speed and performance qualities into the current generation. Were you having the same issues with all 4 different drives?

Did you format them all in the same manner (same file system, cluster size, boot record table) with the same tool?

Ok, i understand about DataTraveler & UltraFlair but Patriot Rage 2 is used by other DJs without any problems.

Yes, i have the same issue with all drives that i said you.

All are formatted in the same manner with the same tool either of windows or through different applications in fat 32. (ex. guiformat or SmartDisk FAT32 tool etc).

But you don't answer me if i buy Corsair GTX the problem will solved.

My Xdj is in perfect condition and other functions works perfectly but this problem does not allow me to work as I want so i have problem in my job.

I didn't answer that because I can't guarantee that's the issue - I don't want to tell you that putting a different drive into the player will absolutely 100% work if the unit itself is the problem, so rather than telling you to spend money on another drive, I wanted to confirm the other details to relay back to the engineers before anything else.

Ok, I agree with what you say and I will be waiting for anything new about this and what the engineers say.

Does it mean that all the USB devices are affected by this issue now?

Was there any change in the setup, OS, rekordbox installation, or anything else before or after the same USB stick worked or not?

All I have changed is the release of the rekordbox in the last one.
I have not made any other changes to the software I use.

When I tried with the KINGSTON DATABASE 16GB it was the first time I mentioned the problem when using WD MY PASSPORT 1TB.

I then told you that I still have the same problem while switching source and using PATRIOT MEDIA RAGE 2 128GB, with which I had no problem only the first time I used it.

A couple of questions for you...

Does this issue occur when you're not using hard drives, but flash drives? Our engineers are also unclear on your response to if this same issue occurs with all of your USB drives or not.

So to clarify, all of these buttons are non-functional: rekordbox/MIDI/USB1/USB2/TIME MODE(AUTO CUE)/QUANTIZE ??

The problem is either using a hard drive or a flash.

Even when I tried to connect it to the computer with the cable there is again the same problem.

Buttons that are non-functional are: rekordobox/MIDI/USB1/USB2/TIME MODE(AUTO CUE).

QUANTIZE works normally.
