DDJ-1000: Dim 16 Pads

Hi. Is it possible to dim the pads? I know you can dim the jog wheels via PREFERENCES menu but can the 16 pad be dimmed? In a dark room they are really bright. It takes away the effect when you turn off the ALL the lights via the lighting PAD mode but the pad lights are bright. Thanks in advance.
