DJM REC App Slowing down recording

Seen lots of chatter on this but no resolution. Did a few tests and it was fine but then my recording for my main set was way slowed down and stretched out. Does not sound good and is unusable. Any way for me to speed it up to appropriate playback?

Lots of chatter, but very little hard information on the details to ascertain why it's happening.

Need things like model number, firmware, app version, iOS version, filetype being played, recording mode, etc.
