Cant seem to find DDJ-RB ASOL in the drop box

I just got a DDJ-RB, and I dont know whats going on with the drivers. Ive tried to install the firmware & drivers many many times already, turned off Bitdefender to install, and back on to install, but nothing seem to be working. I cant find the DDJ-RB ASOL thats suppose to be there so the only way for sound to come out right now is from the mac speakers or headphone jack of the mac.

Mac doesn't need an ASIO driver, it uses Core Audio... but you don't seem to have the drivers properly installed.

Follow these steps:

  • disconnect your DDJ-RB from USB
  • download the drivers
  • run the driver uninstaller from within the driver package
  • reboot your computer
  • run the driver installation from within the driver package
  • follow these steps to allow the drivers through the OS security
  • reboot your computer
  • connect the DDJ-RB to USB
  • open rekordbox
  • check the preferences
