PIONEER´S LICENCE KEY DON´T WORK (DDJ-RB)

Hello.

I try to use the licence key that I have together to my DDJ-RB , but rekorbox DJ program say me that this licence key has been used in other both laptop.¡

The Serial number from my DDJ-RB is :PLMP037093NN

Could you help me ?

All authorized dealers should be aware of the process to make a license request for previously purchased hardware (re-sold hardware), so I wonder if they're either unauthorized or simply not willing to make that request.

I'm sorry, but I can't provide you with a key - you'll have to file an inquiry ticket here. Our rekordbox support team will need you to provide some details regarding the purchase to re-issue you a license.

Yes , I dit it , but according with their info , the license key wasn,t never used .

I spoke with the seller and he confirms me this issue . Never was used the license key, so please I would like you try activate my license key , never used by me neither .

The fact the server rejects the key as previously installed says otherwise. You'll have to ask the retailer to request a new license key for you - they should know how to make that request.

hELLO , I spoke with the retailer and he told me wasn,t possible for him to make the request ,,,( i don,t know why) , He asked for me to make this request myself instead ¡¡

So ,please the unique solution for me is you activate my license key card that I have.

The retailer ignored me , since he told me the license key wasnt used by theirselves.

You are very kind if you could activate it or maybe provide a new license key for me . It, s the only solution for me :thank you very much
