Torn between DDJ-1000 vs DJM-750m2

Hi all,

Given the similar price point between the two, one seem to gain quite a bit by choosing DDJ-1000 over DJM-750m2 like the pads, two jog dials, two multi-function displays.   I suspect the sound card for A/D & D/A are fancier on DJM? What other main features am I missing by going w/ DDJ instead of DJM?    Do I sacrifice a lot in terms of sound quality?    I'm sort of old skool as I like BPM matching between my vinyls & CD but really want to try going digital/USB/PC hence the idea of going DDJ...   Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated as I'm still a noob...

They're two completely different products. Yes, they may share some features (they both have 4 channels of mixing, on-board effects), but as you note yourself - there is also a difference in the audio quality; the DJM has better components. The DDJ offers an all-in-one solution for control and mixing, whereas the mixer would require external devices such as turntables or CDJs for input, whether it's audio or control (to manipulate software).

Thanks for the comment. Perhaps I should rephrase my questions a bit:
1: I currently use DJM-300S. I felt the sound quality is not that great. Would the DDJ-1000 be an improvement in this respect?
2: Does DDJ-1000 offer Analog to Digital conversion?

May I double check that:
1: the power supply is for universal voltage, ie: 110v-240v?
2: if negative, wat’s the rated power consumption (wattage)?
