Hi Guys,
Im having big problems with my controller. Is there a way to do a reset on the hardware. Th controller keeps disconnecting and i get a red message at the bottom of rekordbox. I have literally only had the brand new controller 1 week.

@Danny > Have you considered it may be an issue with the computer? I'd recommend trying a different USB port (on the computer), a different USB cable, or even a different computer.
I've just tried to record a mix after updating Rekordbox using my DDJ-1000 and had this problem a couple of times. Controller disconnects then after a few seconds re-connects to MacBook. Very frustrating as I've never had a problem before

hi sorry ive been so busy with work. Im still having issues and the ddj 1000 is not connecting what i do. Nothing wrong with my macbook pro ports everything else works fine. Im starting to get really frustrated with this. Supposed to be plug and play. Clearly not. Can anyone help.
