Recording on Rekordbox DDJ -RX

Hi,

I am trying to record a mix through rekordbox and it seems to record but no volume is present.

I have recorded plenty of sets before but all of a sudden i cant hear anything. I have checked all of the settings and restored defaults and nothing has fixed the problem.

Please help!!!

@Jared > Did you allow rekordbox access to the microphone in the System Preferences > Security & Privacy settings?If not, no recording for you!

Follow the troubleshooting steps here. The images are missing, but you should be able to follow along and ensure that the device is recognized by the computer and is available as an audio device within the preferences.

I have reinstalled Rekordbox, updated all drivers and Rekordbox recognises the controller as an audio device.

I can play music through my loudspeakers with no issue.

The problem is when I press record, nothing is recorded although it counts the time. Also, when record option is selected to start when audio is detected nothing happens but the record button continues to flash...

Can you please post a screenshot of your audio configuration within the rekordbox preferences?

YES! Thank you! all seems to be working again.

Weird that it just stopped all of a sudden...possibly an update that was installed that I missed.
