DDJ-SX2 Outer Jog Wheel Sensitivity

Hi All,

I have made several attempts to change the out wheel sensitivity, and nothing has worked.   Including doing both software and firmware update.  I also followed the instruction manual which tells how to change the jog wheel sensitivity (but I wasn't sure if that refers to top part, or the outer part).


I've noticed that the outer part of the jog wheel is completely unresponsive if you move it very slowly. It seems to require a certain minimum speed before it will have any effect on the pitch bend.  I'm trying to increase the sensitivity on it.

When you compare this sensitivity to other professional pioneer gear, it seems really unresponsive.

The response speed is not something that you can adjust, only the touch sensitivity on the surface (on how sensitive it is before engaging vinyl mode).

Yes, the jog is different from that of a CDJ, but this is a different mechanism controlling software, so there will be a slightly different feel.
